The Communications Group is one of eight research groups in the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. As one of the largest groups, it houses the research programs of close to twenty faculty members and several laboratories. We conduct cutting-edge research in three broad categories: digital communications, signal processing, and communication networks. Our current research activities in these rapidly evolving disciplines can be found on the web pages of faculty and student members.
