Setting Up ECE email autoreply

Preparation

We have web interface for setting up email autoreply in ECE departmental email server. The service can now be accessed from external sites.

1. Click HERE to access the web interface

2. Input your username and password. It is not a good idea to enable "Remember login permanently"

3. Expand Mail in the left pannel and select "Vacation Auto-Reply", then edit your vacation message

4. When you finish your editing, You MUST Click "Update Vacation Message", to save your vacation message. If you just "Enable Vacation",the vacation message will not be saved and your old/previous vacation message will be used.

5. Click "Enable Vacation " to enable Vacation auto-reply. When you come back from vacation, Click the same button to disable vacation message.

6. Cick "Logout" to logout.
