Welcome to my website!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Honours) from Ryerson University in 2008. I am currently pursuing graduate studies in Masters of Applied Science degree (M.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Dr. Konstantinos N. Plataniotis.

I have a special interest in conducting research. I am a recipient of the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) and three consecutive USRA's (Undergraduate Student Research Award) by NSERC in 2006, 2007 and 2008. I have recently received the IEEE Toronto Section Wallas Khella Scholarship.

My research interests are in computer vision, image and signal processing, and biometric systems.
