Welcome to the Wireless Computing Lab! We are located in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. We are part of the Communications Group. We conduct research into theories, algorithms, and protocols for communication and computing. Our research promotes the convergence of mobile communication, distributed computing, and network optimization technologies, to enable ubiquitous and efficient access to multimedia information and remote computing services. Our recent research topics include integrated communication-computation at the mobile edge, heterogeneous wireless networking, fair resource allocation, distributed machine learning, and machine learning techniques for computer networking.
